Toast With Peanut Butter

Warm whole wheat toast with crunchy peanut butter is one of my all time favorite snacks. The key to keeping this snack healthy is to choose quality bread and peanut butter. Look for 100% whole wheat bread and if you really want to choose healthy bread, look for Ezekiel bread in the frozen section of your grocery store the next time your food shopping.
