Ingredients
* 2 eggs
* 100 g button mushrooms / champignon (pee its water immersion)
* 3 tablespoons oatmeal
* ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon
* ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
* ¼ tsp pepper or to taste
* Dried seaweed, black sesame and white sesame seeds for topping

* ¼ tsp pepper or to taste

How to Make :
- Drain and button mushrooms halved. Set aside.
- Combine eggs, oatmeal, button mushrooms, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Beat until well blended. Set aside.
- Spread a thin brass mold with oil palm. Enter the egg mixture into the mold.
- Sprinkle black sesame and white, also dried seaweed.
- Bake at 180oC for about 15 minutes.
- Lift. Chill briefly. Remove from the mold carefully.
- Serve.
