You need to keep away from stress. Life tends to get on the busy side and next thing you know you take on issues that normally wouldn't be a problem, leaving you with stress.   • Decision to stop stress : Take control. In every situation we have those things we can change and those we can't. Take control of the situation and stop any stress by halting anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. This could be as easy as avoiding a confrontation to actually delegating work.
  • Set limits on what you will deal with. Sometimes we try and try, but to no avail. Instead of continuing the cycle, know when enough is enough and be able to walk away knowing you tried your best. A limit on how much pressure, structure and even time isn't a bad thing. In fact it is actually very healthy.

  • Exercise daily. As we all get bunched up on the inside from life and its daily craziness, don't let it control you. Instead work off those extra emotions at the local gym or go on a jog. There is nothing better than clearing your mind for a clear decision.

  • List your stress and decide on how to combat it rather than avoiding it. Instead of avoiding your concerns, hit it straight on. Usually your worries will disappear and all that will be left is a breath of fresh air.

  • Stop being perfect. Nobody is perfect and that standard alone will be stressful to maintain. Know in life there are moments when you can only do your best and let it go.
